This is the first time I've opened something like this. Three live sessions, over Zoom, in a small group, one hour each, once a week for three weeks, starting the first week of October. I'm limiting this one to six people at this stage.
If you're genuinely committed — committed to showing up for the sessions, but more than that, committed to yourself and the growth of your own heart and soul — then this is for you.
Here's what I want you to know before you put your name down: spiritual work is not all rainbows and sunshine. When you lean in and connect deeper back to your true self, this can often naturally brings things up — old patterns, old stories, detoxing symptoms, stuff that's been running you without you knowing it. Your body is a miracle if you give it the right environment to rediscover itself again, and that's exactly why you're here — to create the space for it to let go of what's not yours. My part is holding the space, using the capacity I've spent years developing to conduct this energy. Your part is meeting what comes up with your own awareness, your own willingness to actually feel it. I'm there to lovingly support you through it — not to carry you through it.
